"Katie was honestly a dream come true, as a bride I had little idea of what to expect on the actual day and Katie went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. It is because of her that we weren’t stressed and could truly enjoy the best day of our lives. Every part of her planning was informative/helpful and she was willing to work with us on our particular needs and wants. I just cant say enough amazing things about her because having her there on our wedding day was a huge blessing and I don’t know what we would have done without her."

"If you're thinking of getting a wedding coordinator, do it! If you're thinking who, it has to be Katie! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Katie was so great to work with, and made us feel so comfortable. Leading up to our wedding, she was great to communicate with, bounce ideas with, and she made great recommendations. I ended up using 3 vendors that she recommended, and they were all fantastic (Boxwood Rentals, Chair Flair and You Floral).

On the day of, she took all of the stress away. Everything was set up, and the day just flowed so smoothly. We really got to enjoy our day without worrying about a single thing.

She was so stealthy, she blended in with our guests and you didn't even know she was there, but when you needed her, she was right there. Thanks for the amazing job that you did, Katie!"

She went above and beyond and assisted with everything that we needed to ensure a stress free wedding day, even before and after! Not everything is bound to work out exactly as you planned, and Katie was flexible and found solutions as needed without requiring any input from us as the bride and groom. This allowed us to really soak in the day and enjoy it all!"

"Katie did a phenomenal job with our day of coordinating and decorating. Not only did our space look beautiful, but she took all the stress away because we knew everything was in her capable hands. Katie went above and beyond to even help return our decor to our home the night of the wedding and was thoughtful enough to notice some mail that also needed to be brought in when she dropped everything off (she truly doesn't miss a detail). I would highly recommend working with her!"

"Katie is an absolute boss. If you’re wondering if you need a day of coordinator or wedding planner…. The answer is YES. Thinking back to our wedding I cannot imagine doing it without one. Katie provided so much comfort for me in knowing that things would be done for the wedding day. It allowed me to relax and I was so confident in her getting everything done. She did absolutely everything I asked and and more. Her experience and expertise were so obvious throughout the rehearsal and the day of. She kept everything running smoothly and was able to go with the flow as needed. Hiring Katie is probably the best money we spent on our wedding and I cannot recommend her services enough! "

"Our wedding day this June went off without a hitch because of Katie Sadowski owner of KLM events. She was very attentive, easy to work with, professional and was very flexible and accommodating to all the changes planning a wedding during COVID brought. We could not have asked for a better person to make our day the most amazing and stress-free day ever for both ourselves and our friends and family. Having Katie as our day of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made and we cannot thank her enough. "We hired Katie for day-of coordinating of our NYE wedding. The day was PERFECT and we 100% recognize the major role Katie had in that. She is so sweet, so calm, 100% took the stress out of the wedding day, and made everything a complete breeze. I received SO many compliments from my family and friends about how on top of things she was. I tried my best to be organized in the days leading up to the wedding, and communicate all my timelines, décor etc as best as I could, but most of our greenery was sourced fresh a day or two before the wedding and I didn’t have great “staged” photos of centerpieces, cake tables, reception decor etc, but she literally made everything I ever envisioned come to life! She is so creative, talented, organized, and what stood out to me the most is that she works so independently. There’s so much going on during the wedding day that you hardly have time to think about what needs to get done, let alone ask- Katie just goes and does whatever needs to be done, and you don’t even know that the magic has happened until it already has. I’d recommend having Katie as a wedding coordinator a million times over.

"I can’t say enough good things about Katie. She was fantastic. When we first started planning our wedding we were hesitant to hire a day of coordinator. Man oh man, are we glad we did. Katie was totally worth it, she really was vital to the success of our wedding. Nothing went wrong at all! We got the decorations/day of coordination package. Katie always answered my messages promptly, gave advice, and sourced the most beautiful decorations. All I could think when we walked into the reception space was “wow!” She really made the place look gorgeous and did more than I could ever imagine. Additionally, she brought a blanket and umbrella for my photos, helped me climb onto rocks, and kept everything in control. The whole day flowed smoothly. She worked well with all my vendors and ensured I didn’t feel stressed out all during the day, she handled everything. She stood out in the rain for probably 20 minutes with our photographer working to get the perfect shot in the lightning storm. In summary, Katie is a hard worker and worth every penny. I would recommend her to anyone. Again, I can’t say enough about how great she was for our wedding and I am certain she would be for yours too!"

"We hired Katie as our day of coordinator and she did not disappoint. Throughout the planning process, she was very approachable and quick to reply. Katie attended and helped to lead and organize our dress rehearsal. I did a lot of DIY and was able to set up my venue the day before so after the rehearsal I essentially “handed off” everything that I couldn’t complete plus all the “morning of” tasks to Katie. She was unbelievably organized, attentive and super calm. While I felt I kept adding things to her to do list, she never felt a task was too big. On the day of, Katie literally made sure ALL OF MY PINTEREST DREAMS CAME TRUE. When I walked into the reception area, the set up was flawless. She also worked very well with my other vendors (and crazy family members). Throughout the night, she never looked stressed and was always smiling which kept me calm. If there was an issue, I didn’t know about it. Katie helped to make it the best day ever "

"Katie was our day of coordinator and I could not have had my wedding day so perfect if it wasn’t for her. She was hands down the BEST decision that we made for the wedding. She met with me 2-3 times prior to the day for the initial consult and to iron out details , came down for our rehearsal the night before and to help set up the ceremony and was at my house at 10am the morning of to pick up flowers and get everything perfect at the venue. She even dropped off the boutonnieres with the guys on her way down to make our life easier! The ceremony set up was flawless and ran so smooth & she flipped our venue SO fast between ceremony & reception and it was perfect. I told her my ideas for the decor I had and told her she has free reign to make any adjustments the day of if she had a better idea. It was beyond what I could have hoped or expected and she was so organized and on top of everything. The guests complimented how friendly and professional she was. She was there until 1:30 am helping take down decor and get everything packed up for us and it’s all thanks to her that our day was as perfect and ran as smooth as it did so THANK YOU so much Katie !"
