Day Of Coordination

Price: $1250

Up to 12 hours of Coverage


Tasks typically included:

  • Day of pick-ups (flowers, cake, etc)

  • Set up assistance

  • Ceremony management

Running ceremony rehearsal (Date must be confirmed in advance - not guaranteed)

Ensuring the officiant has everything they need

Ensuring the bridal party are in the correct order and know where to go

Instructing any children in the wedding party

Helping guests to their seats

  • Redecorating/Reorganizing the room for reception

  • Vendor check in and instruction (Photographer, DJ, Cake, Entertainment, etc)

  • Coordination of MCs / Ushers / Other "Helpers"

  • Ensuring the reception remains on schedule

Communicating with caterer

Prompting speech-makers

Prompting key events such as first dance, cake cutting, etc.

Working with Photographers / Videographers to ensure key moments are captured

  • Coordinating vendor payment (via cheque, e-transfer, cash, etc)

*Please note: If there are any specific duties you would like me to perform, these can be added at no additional charge, within reason. For example - cutting your cake, ensuring important family members sign the guest book, etc*

Day Of Coordination + Take Down

Price: $ 1600

No time limit


Tasks Included:

  • Everything mentioned above, plus:

Removal, sorting, and packing of decorations (yours vs rentals, etc)

Packing up gifts, guest book, leftover cake

Packing vehicles if necessary


Out of Town Weddings

Wedding outside the City of Calgary? Here's what you need to know.

Travel fee within 1.5 hours of Calgary: $50

Hotel Room must be provided for out of town weddings requiring take down service. 

 

Need an extra set of hands? 

Price: $400

For extra large weddings, extensive decor, or if you need assistance with food service, plate clearing etc, we offer the option to bring along a second set of hands to assist with these tasks. 

 

Payments and Deposit

Methods of payment accepted: Cash, e-transfer, or bank draft

50% deposit due 30 days before the wedding, remaining 50% due within 48 hours of event completion
